How to Use ReviewSense AI Playground
Discover how to use ReviewSense AI's playground to test our sentiment analysis tool. Learn to generate sample data, explore AI analysis features, and prepare your system for real customer reviews - all from your settings panel
ReviewSense AI Playground is a powerful tool that allows you to test and experiment with our sentiment analysis capabilities in real-time.
Located in the Settings section under the Playground tab, this feature helps you understand the full potential of ReviewSense AI using sample data.
Getting Started
To begin experimenting with ReviewSense AI:
Access the Playground
Navigate to the Settings section.
Select the Playground tab:
Locate the two main action buttons: "Load Example Data" and "Clean Example Data".
Generate Test Data
Click the "Generate Test Data" button.
The system will create a comprehensive dataset of sample products, reviews and summaries.
These reviews cover various scenarios and sentiments and you'll be able to see how the AI analyzes different types of feedback.
Explore the Analysis
Browse through the generated products:
Reviews
Summaries
Analysis
Clean Up When Done
Once you've finished testing, click the "Delete Test Data" button. This will remove all sample data and your system will be ready for your actual customer reviews
Understanding the Results
The summaries and analysis provides several key insights:
Individual review sentiment classification (negative, neutral, positive)
A summary for each product about what your customers say, generated by advanced Perplexity models, including average rating and general sentiment
Each summary includes also top mentioned features with sentiment classification (negative, neutral, positive). You can navigate to the reviews where the feature is mentioned
Analysis charts to identify trends and patterns by understanding specific strengths and pain points for your products, including:
Horizontal stacked chart with number of top features for a product with their sentiment
Product Features Analysis
Product Comparison radar chart:
Important Notes About Test Data
The test data is completely separate from your actual customer reviews. You can generate and delete test data as many times as needed.
Deleting test data won't affect your real customer feedback, however it's recommended to delete test data before starting with real reviews.

Delete the test data using the "Clean Example Data" button
